Sarah Copp has been in the financial services industry since 2012. In that time, Sarah has learned all aspects of the business, including client service and new business. With this knowledge and skill set, Sarah now serves as the team’s Business Operations Manager. Sarah ensures all business processes run smoothly and efficiently by working with the staff on a daily basis to educate and provide guidance if there are any questions or issues. She oversees the operations from a high level and strategizes on how to optimize workflows to meet organizational goals.
Additionally, as the Business Operations Manager, Sarah also handles the team’s compliance and financials. This entails monitoring Continuing Education, providing quarterly updates to the firm’s compliance officer, reconciling the financials and handling all cash flow activities each month.
Sarah is an alumna of John Carroll University and resides in Twinsburg with her husband, twin daughters and Goldendoodle.
