This Privacy Policy has two parts. Part 1 describes how Tempo Wealth, LLC collects, uses, and discloses information through this website. Part 2 is the privacy notice we provide to our clients under federal law. If you are a client, both parts apply to you.

Part 1: Website Privacy Policy

This part describes the information Tempo Wealth, LLC ("Tempo," "we," "us") collects through tempowealth.com (the "Site") and how we handle it. By using the Site, you agree to the practices described here.

Information we collect

Information you provide. When you contact us, request a guide, subscribe to our emails, or register for an event, we collect what you submit, such as your name, email address, phone number, employer, job title, and any message you send.

Information collected automatically. When you visit the Site, we and our service providers collect technical information such as your IP address, browser and device type, the pages you view, the site that referred you, and the date and time of your visit. We collect this through cookies, pixels, and similar technologies. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, though some features of the Site may not work as a result. The Site does not respond to browser "Do Not Track" signals.

Information from other sources. We may receive information about you from third-party data providers, identity resolution services, social media platforms, and advertising partners, such as business contact details and information about your interactions with our advertising, and may combine it with the information above.

How we use information

We use the information we collect to respond to your inquiries and deliver what you requested; to send you newsletters, guides, event invitations, and other communications we think will interest you; to identify individuals and organizations that may benefit from our services; to operate, secure, and improve the Site; to measure and deliver our advertising, including ads shown to people who have visited the Site; and to comply with applicable law.

How we share information

We do not sell your personal information. We share it with service providers that perform services on our behalf, such as hosting, security, data storage, email delivery, analytics, visitor identification, and advertising, and with advertising platforms so they can measure and display our ads. Your choices

You can unsubscribe from marketing emails using the link in any email or by contacting us. You can limit interest-based advertising through the ad settings on the platforms where you see our ads or at optout.aboutads.info. You may also ask us to access, correct, or delete your personal information, or to stop using it for marketing, by contacting us below; the rights and process described under Your Rights in Part 2 apply to Site visitors as well as clients.

Security and retention

We maintain reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect personal information, but no method of transmission or storage is completely secure. Please do not send account numbers, Social Security numbers, or other sensitive financial details through the Site's forms or by email. We keep personal information for as long as needed for the purposes above and as required by the recordkeeping rules that apply to registered investment advisers.

Other terms

The Site is not directed to individuals under 18, and we do not knowingly collect information from children. The Site links to third-party websites and client portals whose privacy practices are their own. We may update this Policy from time to time and will revise the date at the top of this page when we do.

If we do, we will explain that to you in our response.
Right to Opt Out of Sale of Information to Third PartiesYou have the right to opt out of any sale of your information by us to third parties by submitting a request. We do not, however, sell information to third parties for their own direct marketing purposes.
